We can't stand if you're not 100% satisfied with your order, so our 'No Good, No Worries policy allows you to send back any product, for any or no reason at all.

Dorset Australia will accept returns of any product you are dissatisfied after purchase. The product must be returned unused & with the original packaging intact (albeit opened). To organise a refund, credit or replacement, you must contact our customer service team & will require proof of purchase.
